Auburn Bay, Calgary Landscaping and Hardscaping Project
We had the privilege to construct this epic yard on the lake in Auburn Bay. This one of kind yard has both natural stone elements and pre cast concrete. The paving stone is a classic Techo Bloc Blu 60 Slate finish with a contrast border stone which blends nicely with the Rundle natural stone steps. The fireplace and seating bench are constructed with masonry block and cultured stone that matches the exterior stone on the house and compliments the surrounding natural Rundle flagstone patio. The raised garden planters fit the side yards with optimal placement for gardening. Theses were constructed with Techo Bloc Borealis wall blocks. The planters have fabric liner with an integrated drainage layer. The garden soil is a custom food specific blend of organics. The back raised garden bed is constructed with various sized Rundle ledge and flagstone. This was a fun wall to construct and definitely one of a kind.
